Inspire and Develop

TEAM CULTURE

Dirt Camp Racing is proud of the team culture we’ve developed. At the core of our team culture are our RAPID Core Values - Respect * Accountability * Perseverance * Integrity * Discipline.

We are focused on developing strong, lifelong athletes, and supporting them to be the best all-around person they can be. We put a strong emphasis on character development and progressing together as a unified team. We help each other improve by showing respect for teammates, other teams, and our communities.

At the heart of our culture is serving others; fostering others’ progress and forward momentum. Our athletes support their community through their choice of service hours. The team asks each athlete to submit 20 hours of community service each year. Additionally, we offer various internship opportunities for our athletes. These opportunities support future career interests such as marketing, business, mechanics, philanthropy, and coaching.

RACE DEVELOPMENT

Dirt Camp Racing’s 2022-23 race calendar was packed with exciting events. We kicked the year off with our Brevard Training Camp in January. February took us to races Puerto Rico for the XC athletes and several Southeastern regional races for our Enduro athletes. March was a highlight month as our Pro team took on the biggest mountain bike stage race in the world at Cape Epic. The rest of the team raced events like Snake Creek Gap and TN Nationals. The year is packed with events like US Cup in Fayetteville, Sea Otter, Unbound, Leadville, Chequamegon, Big Sugar, and many other Life Time Grand Prix races, BME Mt. Nebo, Englewood Open, USAC XC Nationals, UCI World Cups in Snowshoe, USAC Marathon Nationals, and Enduro Southeast events. 2023-24 looks to be another packed year of racing for all our programs.

LOOKING AHEAD

It’s said that teamwork makes the dream work. Dirt Camp Racing is a team like no other. Our mission to create a full-support program for athletes from the developmental stage to the Pro stage supports lifelong participation in the sport of off-road cycling. By focusing on whole-person development, including athletic gains, character foundation, educational support, and career prep, we are bettering ourselves and the communities in which we are involved.

Our future is based on growth. We are a team with roots in the Southeast cycling scene, and now in 2023, our team has athletes from 13 states. We hope to inspire and develop well-rounded athletes from around the nation for years and years to come.
